Former Herrin football coach Jason Karnes was named a member of the 2024 Hall of Fame class by the Illinois High School Football Coaches Association on Tuesday.
Karnes was the head coach of the Tigers from 2006 to 2019. During that time, Karnes went 104-45 with 12 playoff appearances.
In 2014, Karnes led the Tigers to a semifinal appearance before bowing out at Rochester 56-14.
