Nine people are facing charges after selling alcohol to minors.
ISP announced the results of Alcohol Countermeasure surveillance at various establishments in Union and Jackson counties during April.
27 total locations were surveilled in Anna, Wolfe Lake, Carbondale, Murphysboro and Elkville. Nine establishments were involved in the sale of alcoholic beverages to a minor.

67 year old Theresa Rock – Jackpot Jill’s in Elkville
21 year old Scott Rayborn – Pinch Penny Liquors in Carbondale
51 year old Gary Winget – Key West Bar and Grill in Carbondale
24 year old Kevin Cronin – Rollnup #15 in Murphysboro
38 year old Vijaykumar Patel – Am Star in Murphysboro
68 year old Marilyn Vernon – Money Mullins Place in Anna
46 year old Jenny Tellor – Rhodes 101 in Anna
20 year old Jessica Dover – Kroger in Anna
44 year old Lavanda hassebrock – Hansons Duck Inn LLC in Wolfe Lake
The employees were arrested for Unlawful Delivery of Alcoholic Liquor to a Minor, a Class A misdemeanor, and released on a notice to appear in court.
