Carbondale Main Street wants public input on new downtown seating

CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) — Carbondale Main Street wants public input about new public seating in the downtown area.

The group was recently awarded the Main Street Resiliency Grant and is working with SIU and the City of Carbondale on the project.

Five possible designs for new seating have been selected. Members of the public are asked to choose the three that they like the best. A survey can be taken online, Or you can vote in person on Friday from 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm at the Cellar Patio.
