MARION, IL. (WJPF) – An Australian citizen, in the United States on a Visa, has been convicted of sex crimes against a child in Williamson County.
Following a trial, 46-year-old Nathan Scott Farrah-Pugh, a/k/a Nathan King, was found guilty of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child. DNA evidence was used against King at his trial.
According to the Williamson County State’s Attorney’s Office, the assault happened between 2015 – 2016. The victim was 6 years old at the time.
He’s set to be sentenced in January. He faces anywhere from 6 – 60 years behind bars.
