HARRISBURG, Ill. (WJPF) — Illinois State Police have identified the dead body found May 12 along Route 13 west of Harrisburg.
ISP says Doyle Winston III, 42, of Harrisburg was the victim of a homicide. An exact manner of death has not been released.
Police say their investigation is ongoing. No suspects have been identified.
