It’s time to “root” for a winner!

We’re looking for the top potato, a starchy spectacle, a mash-terpiece, and we need your help! Our beautiful Southern Illinois has no shortage of incredible eateries, and the majority of them have their signature approach to the mighty potato. Fries, chips, baked, stuffed, loaded, you name it, we’re not potatophobic, we love them all, we want to eat them all, and we want to know which one is most a-peel-ing (yeah, that pun was a stretch…) to you!

Beginning Saturday, February 28th, use the form below to submit your choice for the hottest potato in Southern Illinois. We’ll be collecting submissions all week and placing them into the Starch Madness bracket! Each week, we’ll feature matchups on this page to break down and determine the top potato once and for all!
