Deputies pulled a vehicle over near Carbon Street and Route 13. A K9 officer was brought in and alerted to possible drugs inside the car.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies searched a backpack belonging to passenger Travis Webb and found suspected meth residue. A further search of Webb reportedly turned up four glass smoking pipes and a bag of meth.
A female deputy searched the driver and another passenger, but no other drugs were found. The driver was issued a written warning and released.
Webb is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Williamson County Jail.
