A Harrisburg man is behind bars after a shots fired call Tuesday afternoon.
Police say 20-year-old Kelly R. Rouse fired a gun during an argument on South Granger Street around three o’clock. Witnesses reported he fled to a home on Park Street, where officers later found him hiding in the basement.
A K-9 was used to help locate Rouse, and a handgun believed to be used in the incident was recovered.
