ROCK ISLAND, Ill. (WJPF) – Republican gubernatorial candidate and former state senator Paul Schimpf has picked a running mate.
Carolyn Schofield currently sits on the McHenry County Board. Known as a moderate she twice ran unsuccessfully for state representative.
