Carbondale Police say a man is in custody after a domestic violence incident on Thursday.
Officers met with a victim who said they were battered and threatened with a gun inside a home in the 300 block of West College Street. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives later got search and arrest warrants for 32-year-old Seth Creasy-Constantine of Carbondale. He’s charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon.
