HERRIN, Ill. (WJPF) – Police in Williamson County say they’ve arrested a woman suspected of meth distribution in southern Illinois and beyond.
44-year-old Kassie “Tennant” Pope was arrested earlier this month after nearly 40 grams of methamphetamine and related paraphernalia were found in her car during a traffic stop.
Pope, who already had two pending felony meth cases in Williamson County, was denied pre-trial release. A preliminary hearing is set for September 10, 2025.
