East Alton, Ill. (WJPF) – The two men killed in a helicopter crash on the Mississippi River have been identified.
The helicopter struck power lines and fell onto a barge and caught fire around 11am Thursday August 7, resulting in two deaths.
37 year old Michael “Cody” Curry of Ashley, Illinois and 35 year old Nicholas Fulton of Salem, Missouri were the two victims.
