Carterville Softball catcher and outfielder Colbie Bennett verbally committed to John A. Logan College Softball this week.
The Lions star hit .406 last season as a junior with five home runs, 20 extra base hits, and 18 RBIs en route to a 2nd place finish at the IHSA State Finals.
Bennett also had a pair of hits in Tuesday night’s SI Select Softball Game.
