Suspected fentanyl-laced cocaine discovered during traffic stop

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – Suspected fentanyl laced cocaine has been taken off the streets of Williamson County.

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office says the potential deadly drug combination was found during a traffic stop on December 31 in the area of Interstate 57 and Herrin Road.

The driver, Felicia Hill, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving while license revoked, improper lane usage, and illegal transportation of alcohol.
