Christopher Man Faces a Felony Battery Charge

CHRISTOPHER Ill. (WJPF) – A Christopher man has been arrested after assaulting a convenience store employee.

Just before 2am Sunday July 23rd, Christopher police responded to a battery call at a local Hucks gas station. The suspect, Bryce Pardieck, became physical with an employee after being denied an alcohol sale when he couldn’t provide an ID. He was unable to appear at his first court appearance yesterday due to intoxication and is now due in court today at 1pm.

Pardiek is being held at the Franklin County Jail and faces a felony aggravated battery charge.
