CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – Carbondale Police are asking for your help locating a missing teenager.
Marcell Stevenson, 14, stands 5’5″ tall and weighs about 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair and has been known to frequent the 700 block of South Rawlings Street.
