Two Cairo men charged in two-year-old gun theft case

 

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (WJPF) – Two Cairo men have been charged in connection to a Cape Girardeau gun theft, two years after the crime was allegedly committed.

 Chayce Harrell, 51 and Senque Bingham, 20, have both been charged with one count of first degree burglary and two counts of felony stealing.

According to the Cape Girardeau County authorities, in August of 2020 the men stole several guns from JSE surplus.

Chayce Harrell is being held in the Cape Girardeau County Justice Center. Senque Bingham was previously arrested in unrelated charges and is being held in a different state.
