HERRIN, Ill. (WJPF) – A registered sex offender faces new charges for failing to alert authorities of their new address.
Paul Wells of Herrin was arrested Thursday, July 7, after failing to register his new address for over a month.
Wells was taken to the Williamson County Jail.
