MURPHYSBORO, Ill. (WJPF) — After six years of development and construction, Murphysboro’s Holiday Inn is now open for business.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Thursday for the 84 room hotel.
Other developments near the hotel are said to be in the works, including restaurants and retail stores, but no concrete plans have yet been announced.
