SIU Men’s Basketball coach Bryan Mullins tests positive for COVID-19

SIU men’s basketball head coach Bryan Mullins has tested positive for COVID-19 and is asymptomatic. In accordance with state and local health guidelines, he is in isolation for 10 days, and assistant coach Brendan Mullins will serve as the program’s acting head coach.

Since SIU paused team activities on November 12, no student-athletes have tested positive for COVID-19. SIU opens the 2020-21 season on Wednesday (December 2) at Southeast Missouri.
