FRANKLIN COUNTY, IL. (WJPF) – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing person.
42-year-old Allen Woolard was last seen January 23, 2019 in Buckner.
Woolard is a 42-year-old white male, standing about 5’9” tall, weighing about 165 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing jeans, a light blue shirt, and a white bandanna on his head.
