A Union County man will spend the next four years in state prison after he slapped the rear-end of a customer inside of a Jonesboro business last month.
21-year-old LaCharles Jones was on probation for a similar incident in 2015 when the November offense occurred.
In a news release, Union County State’s Attorney Tyler Edmonds says that Jones guilty pleaded to one felony count of aggravated battery following an investigation by the Anna Police.
