CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) — The identity of the man arrested Monday night after a shooting and police stand-off in Carbondale has been released.
27-year-old William Stewart is facing charges of Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm.
Police say their investigation is ongoing.
