FRANKLIN COUNTY, IL. (WJPF) – An arrest has been made in Franklin County in connection to the abduction of an Evansville, IN. woman and her 3-year-old daughter.
Authorities say that at about 12:50 AM Sunday, a 26-year-old woman reported to police that she and her daughter had been taken from their Indiana home. The kidnapper was her boyfriend, 30-year-old Quinton Jennings.
The woman was flown to a hospital where she is now recovering from her injuries. The girl was not harmed.
Jennings is currently being held in the Franklin County Jail on a $1 million bond. He faces charges of Aggravated Domestic Battery and Aggravated Kidnapping.
The investigation is ongoing.
