Miller found guilty of Disorderly Conduct

MARION, IL. (WJPF) — A Williamson County man has been found guilty of disorderly conduct after threatening to shoot up a school.

Treston Miller will be sentenced at the end of May.

Miller faced terrorism charges, but the judge in the case determined his actions didn’t fit the crime. Miller made online threats against a Marion school.
