Rauner Family Foundation pledges $100,000 to Cairo River Port project

Governor Bruce Rauner and First Lady Diana Rauner have pledge to donate $100,000 to the city of Cairo.

The money comes from the Rauner Family Foundation and will go towards a long planned river port, specifically towards marketing and legal fees.
