A Harrisburg man has been arrested on multiple counts of sex crimes against a child.
28-year-old Phillip Hays was arrested a little after 8:30 PM Wednesday on two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.
He was taken to the Saline County Detention Center. His bond set at $1,500.
