A Mount Vernon woman has been arrested and is facing charges of drug induced homicide.
22-year-old Stephanie Garcia was arrested Monday in connection to the death of Lavelta Washington who was found dead earlier this month.
This is the second arrest in connection to her death. 25-year-old Zia Flowers was arrested on November 17 on the same charge.
