The former director of Harrisburg’s Anna Bixby women’s center has been sentenced to four years probation for charges of wire fraud and misuse of funds. Terrie Wingo-Eichorn pleaded guilty to those charges.
In addition to the probation, she also must pay back $50,000 plus an additional $10,000 in court costs by October of 2021.
