Illinois Department of Insurance officials are working fast to enroll residents in the health care marketplace.
They have about half the time they did as last year.
Agency officials say they have added 230 extra phone hours to help improve the marketplace experience.
The state is also partnering with Go-Health to show customers available plan offerings both on and off the Affordable Care Act exchange.
Consumers have until December 15 to enroll.
