Jon E Quest (Bio) A CIL-FM and southern Illinois tradition! Jon E Quest has been in our speakers for years now! Born and rasied right here in southern Illinois, Jon E is a graduate of West Frankfort High School class of 91 and also is an SIUC alum where he studied Radio/TV. Jon E now co-hosts the morning show with his partner in crime, Lia Mira, (something he says he's always wanted to do) as well as serves as CIL-FM's Program Director. Oh and Jon E was just recently married, too!
